Javad Farooq

Javad Farooq is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk management and project development in the water and infrastructure sectors. From February 2014 to February 2020, Javad held multiple vice president roles at Parsons Corporation, overseeing risk, ethics, strategy, and commercial operations across the Middle East and Africa region. Prior to that, Javad served as a Senior Projects Manager at National Water Company, where responsibilities included leading operations and maintenance initiatives. Javad also worked at United Utilities in various roles, including Commercial Manager and Head of Operations in Dubai, focusing on risk mitigation and commercial development. Javad's career began at Welsh Water as an Assistant Treatment Officer, emphasizing environmental compliance in sewage treatment processes. Javad holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
