Jessica Illanes

Jessica Illanes is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Parsons Corporation since October 2018. Previously, Jessica held positions as Director of Integrated Delivery and Director of Operations within the same organization. Prior to joining Parsons, Jessica worked at Novetta from April 2013 to October 2018, where roles included Program Manager and Technical Project Manager. Educationally, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Spanish with a Business Option, along with minors in French and International Studies from Penn State University, completed in 2006.
