Currently serving as Vorstand (Chief Corporate Development & HR Officer) at ParTec AG since October 2022 and Geschäftsführer at Huber Landtechnik GmbH since January 2021, Frank also contributes as an Advisory Council Member at a Family Office. Previously, Frank held significant roles at IGEFA Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG as Sprecher der Geschäftsführung and at DB Regio AG in various leadership capacities including Vorsitzender der Regionalleitung Regio Bus Bayern. Frank began a career in corporate strategy and M&A at Deutsche Post and has a strong foundation in corporate development from earlier experience at Schoeller Group. Educational credentials include advanced studies at Harvard Business School, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, University of Münster, and Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen.
