Patrick Rao

Patrick Rao is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in compliance and corporate law. Rao currently holds positions as Executive Board Member and President with the Longhouse Council, BSA, and serves as Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at ParTech, Inc. Additionally, Rao is an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University - College of Law, teaching seminars on General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Law. Prior roles include Compliance Director at CONMED Corporation, where Rao developed a global Compliance Program, and Assistant General Counsel at Carrier Corporation, providing strategic legal counsel for multimillion-dollar business units. Rao has contributed to the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section as an Executive Committee Member and has served on the boards of various organizations. Education includes a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
