Brandon Henricks

Brandon Henricks, LEED AP, serves as the Managing Director at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since December 2010, providing technical leadership and mentoring to a team of PCA reviewers while establishing quality standards and customized reporting formats for clients. With a focus on Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and acquisition-level Property Condition Assessments, Brandon has extensive expertise in property condition evaluations. Previously, Brandon held roles as Principal and Building Science Technical Team Lead at Partner, CA Coordinator at Harrell, Saltrick, & Hopper, PC, and Project Manager at Advanced Project Management and Tech, Inc. Brandon holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Virginia Tech and a High School Diploma from Math/Science High School at Clover Hill.
