Senior Experience Designer at Partners + Napier

Phil DeCicca has a range of work experience in the field of design. Phil started their career as a Staff Designer at Hill Communications in 2014, and also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at AWP. In the same year, they became a Staff Designer at What The Health Magazine and a Head Designer at 20 Watts Magazine, where they created editorial designs and developed layouts for each issue. In 2015, they joined Butler/Till as a Creative Services Intern, where they designed assets for current clients and created graphics for the company's website and newsletter. Phil also worked as a Graphic Designer for the Student Association of Syracuse University, responsible for creating promotional and brand materials. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Interactive Designer at Archer Communications. Currently, they are working at Partners + Napier, first as a Junior UX Designer and now as a Visual UX Designer.

Phil DeCicca earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Studio Art & Design from Cayuga County Community College from 2011 to 2013. Phil then went on to attend Syracuse University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Graphic Design.
