Data & CRM Lead at Partnership on AI

Tim is Partnership on AI’s Data and CRM Lead. He administers PAI’s Salesforce database, serving as the principal technical expert, developer, and user facilitator. In this role, he supports our capacity to operate as a data-driven organization by maintaining the integrity and performance of our CRM and providing support to end-users.

Immediately before joining Partnership on AI, Tim served as Business Analyst at the Immigrant Legal Resource Center, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that advocates for immigrant rights. His database administration there supported an education and technical assistance program bringing in over a million dollars each year in earned revenue as well as the New Americans Campaign, an ILRC-led national network of immigration organizations that has helped over 450,000 eligible immigrants achieve US citizenship.

Tim has worked in the Salesforce ecosystem for over ten years in both user and admin roles. He currently holds three industry certifications and has presented twice at Salesforce community events.
