Currently serving as the Director of eCommerce, Digital Marketing, & Creative Services at Parts Express since 2022, Ian has previously held key roles including Account Director at CommerceHub and Director of eCommerce at LEM Products, contributing significantly to client revenue and P&L management. With a strong background in omni-channel retail as the Director and General Manager for Silver Star Brands, Ian excelled in leading teams and managing substantial marketing budgets. Earlier experiences at companies such as The Pond Guy and CenturyNovelty.com further highlight Ian's skill in driving online sales and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. Ian's educational background includes a BA in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Alma College.

Over the next decade, driven by a passionate team with an intimate knowledge of the audio/video industry, we quickly outgrew our humble operation and relocated to our current headquarters in Spingboro, Ohio in the spring of 1997.
