Jay Gorman possesses over a decade of experience in event planning and operations management. Since February 2012, Jay has held multiple roles at Party Reflections, Inc., including Operations Manager, Operational Specialist, and Special Event Consultant, focusing on event planning and special event rentals. Previously, as Assistant Manager at Pavilion at Epiecentre from April 2009 to November 2011, Jay oversaw daily operations, managed staff, ensured customer satisfaction, and coordinated event setups. Earlier experience includes roles as a Landscape Designer at Haden Stanziale, PA, and as a Landscape Designer Intern at Lappas, enhancing project planning and design. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University.
