Ardiansyah has accumulated diverse experience in the insurance and operations sectors, currently serving as a Policy Movement Executive at PasarPolis Indonesia since August 2021. Prior roles include Operations Staff at Bisnis Bareng Bram from March 2019 to April 2020 and a short tenure in Administration at AJB Bumiputera 1912 in August 2018. Ardiansyah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Brawijaya, completed between 2015 and 2020, with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
