Vusal Naghiyev

Vusal Naghiyev has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Vusal currently works at PASHA Life Insurance OJSC, where they hold the role of Product Delivery Tribe Lead since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales Channels and Marketing Department at the same company from March 2017 to November 2020.

In 2019, Vusal became a Supervisory Board Member at Sumqayit FK.

From 2013 to 2017, Vusal worked at Kapital Bank OJSC, first as the Director of Sales Channels and Marketing Department, and later as the Head of Marketing Department. Vusal played a key role in creating and managing various divisions and services, such as TeleSales, DirectSales, and Debt-reminder. Vusal also led the development of the merchant network for credit cards and initiated a successful rebranding project.

Before joining Kapital Bank, Vusal held the position of Director of Sales Channels Department at Unibank from 2012 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Vusal worked as the Marketing Director at DNS Computers from 2008 to 2012 and as the CEO of Limon Mobile Content Provider from 2007 to 2008. Vusal started their professional journey at Bank of Baku OJSC in 2003 as a Product Development Manager.

Vusal Naghiyev completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC) in 1999-2003. Vusal then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Qafqaz Universiteti, earning it in 2003-2005.
