With a degree in Events Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, Nikki has excelled in roles such as General Manager at The Emmerdale Studio Experience and Yorks Chocolate Story. Prior to that, Nikki held positions at Gambado Limited and Monkey Bizness. Currently, Nikki serves as the Central Operations Manager, Franchise Partner Account Manager, and City Manager in York at Pass the Keys®.
