Amy Kiger-Williams

Amy Kiger-Williams is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in creative and English writing instruction. Currently serving as a Creative Writing Instructor at Passaic Public Schools since September 2016, Amy delivers comprehensive lessons in Dual Enrollment Creative Writing and various writing styles, utilizing data analysis to enhance student development. Previous roles include English Instructor positions in the Morris Hills School District and West Essex Regional School District, where Amy developed curriculum aligned with Common Core standards and contributed to extracurricular activities such as Debate and Forensics. Amy also served as a Controller at CR Consulting and held various finance roles at Merrill Lynch. Amy's educational background includes a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Arts from New York University, and ongoing studies in Learning Design and Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
