Robin Wilkins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Financial Markets Search Consultant at Elliott Ross Associates Limited until 2001. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Sales Representative and Brands Manager at ITS Distribution Ltd. In 2006, they joined Billabong International as a Territory Manager, responsible for sales and account management. They later became the Country Manager for UK at Billabong International, overseeing multiple brands until 2015. After that, they worked as the UK Head of Wholesale at Animal, responsible for developing and implementing a UK wholesale strategy. In 2016, they founded UP ROAR LTD. and served as a Founder-Director until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Wholesale at Passenger, where they initially joined as a consultant in 2019 and facilitated the transition to a direct-to-consumer retail model.

Robin Wilkins completed their A-levels at Gorseinon College from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Bishopston Comprehensive from 1988 to 1993 where they completed their GCSEs. Robin then went on to the University of Reading from 1995 to 1998 where they earned a BSc (Joint Honours) degree in Psychology and Zoology.
