Louis Tag has worked in a variety of industries since 2005. In 2005, they were the Director of Business Development Europe and Supplier Relations Asia for HTI International. In 2007, they were a Senior Project Manager for Afiliated Computer Services, Inc. where they were in charge of a $150m outsourcing project for General Motors Europe. In 2009, they founded Wireless Marketing Solutions, providing mobile communication solutions based on a combination of RFID, Bluetooth, and WiFi technology. In 2012, they founded PASSNFLY, the world's first flight check-in technology. In 2018, they founded Fast Track Airport, a way to skip the queue and save time at airport security. In 2020, they founded OMEGA Watersports Worldwide, an online platform to book water-sport activities and lessons. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Investor and Founder of Air Connect, a regional air mobility service.

Louis Tag studied International Business / Trade at The University of Bonn from 2002 to 2006, earning a Law degree. Louis then attended Startup Bootcamp from 2013 to 2014, graduating as an Alumni 2013 with a Startup Accelerator field of study.
