Kelsey McGill

Kelsey (Fisher) McGill is a Client Success Executive with extensive experience in customer service and client relations. Since April 2017, Kelsey has progressed through various roles at Passport, including Client Success Manager and Client Success Representative, demonstrating a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Coordinator at The Charlotte Observer, where responsibilities encompassed processing orders and enhancing customer service, as well as working at DRM Partners as an Account Coordinator and Junior Media Buyer, managing ad space purchases and media plans. Kelsey’s career began in service-oriented roles, including professional experiences at Gasoline Alley and Kent State University, where strong communication and organizational skills were developed. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Kent State University, completed in 2012.
