Rich Holmes

Rich Holmes currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Passport since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rich held several influential legal positions, including Senior Director and Head of Legal at JupiterOne, and Senior Commercial Counsel at Confluent, where Rich received the Leadership Award in 2022. Additional experience includes roles at Kong Inc. as Senior Corporate Counsel, Salesforce as Corporate Counsel, and General Counsel at MapAnything before its acquisition by Salesforce. In the early career, Rich was Vice President of Legal Affairs at Counterfeit.Technology, General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel at Edison Nation, and Associate Attorney at Tillman Wright, PLLC. Rich also contributed to education as an Adjunct Instructor at Central Piedmont Community College. Rich holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maine School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University.
