Adrian Rovira is currently the Onboarding Manager at Passthrough. Prior to this, they worked as a paralegal at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office from January 2020 to December 2021. There, they translated Spanish documents and recordings and served as an interpreter for Spanish and French speaking witnesses. They also redacted and prepared documents, footage and photographic evidence for compliance with discovery obligations. In addition, they conducted discovery research in criminal investigations for cases in Lower Criminal Court and Supreme Court. Furthermore, they compiled, organized, and analyzed case documents for trial and filed motions and case files in Criminal Court. Lastly, they coordinated case schedules with courts, law enforcement officials, witnesses, and defense counsel.
Before working at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, Adrian Rovira was the Associate Director of Technology Programs at the Washington Institute for Business, Government & Society from July 2019 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were an intern at the Washington Institute for Business, Government and Society from November 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they were a Summer Research Intern at Schoen Consulting from June 2018 to August 2018.
Adrian Rovira pursued a Bachelor of Science at Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, with a field in International Politics: International Security Studies. Adrian Rovira also holds a High School Diploma from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola.

Passthrough automates the subscription process for private funds. We make it easy to distribute subscription agreements to investors and have them executed electronically. We save everyone time by adding logic to investor questionnaires so investors are only asked the questions that are relevant to them. We require form completion, so investors can only submit completed subscription agreements. Passthrough supports any subscription agreement. The end result is less time spent going back and forth, better compliance, and structured investor data.
