Cyril Martin is an experienced project planner and change leader with a strong background in supply chain management and production planning. Since August 2018, Cyril has been working at Patek Philippe, focusing on capacity planning implementation in the R&D department, as well as creating support tools and reporting structures. Previously, Cyril held roles at Jaeger-LeCoultre where responsibilities included financial analysis and leading lean projects, and at Essilor, where Cyril managed new product processes resulting in significant sales contributions. Prior work experiences include consulting for SAP implementation at Schneider Electric and internship roles in supply chain and business project management at Schneider Electric and Sanofi Pasteur. Cyril holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, with expertise in information technology and quality management from Grenoble INP - UGA.
