Allison Osterman is an experienced public health professional with a strong background in health systems and monitoring and evaluation. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at PATH since September 2016, Allison previously held the position of Program Officer within the same organization. Prior to that, Allison worked at the University of Washington Department of Global Health as a Research Assistant and completed a graduate internship at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Allison's earlier roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with the UN World Food Programme and Food for Peace Officer at USAID, as well as Team Leader and Development Programs Analyst at AMEX International. Allison holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Washington, a Professional Certificate in International Development from American University, and a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from the University of Denver.
