Kelly Randels oversees finance and operations for the Programs and Innovation division at PATH. She has more than 20 years of experience in global health, primarily focused on team building, collaborative leadership, and business management. Before joining PATH in 2014, Kelly worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation managing critical team activities like budget planning, strategy reviews, and partner relations. Her background includes extensive cross-cultural experience, having worked in Zambia, Guatemala, and the European Union.
Kelly earned her MPH from the University of Washington and a BA from Brandeis University in Massachusetts.
