Pamela Hershey is an experienced finance and grants management professional with a strong background in international affairs and development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Finance, Contracts and Awards Management at PATH since October 2021, Pamela previously held the position of Deputy Director Grants and Accountability at the International Rescue Committee in Kenya. With extensive experience managing grant portfolios, overseeing compliance, and advising teams on budget planning, Pamela has contributed to significant projects and partnerships across various organizations, including a portfolio exceeding $70 million. Education includes a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
