Laura Empensando serves as the Onboarding Manager and Customer Success Manager (CSM) at PathFactory since August 2022, where responsibilities include guiding new clients through implementation and fostering long-term customer relationships to ensure smooth adoption and satisfaction. Prior experience includes roles at CIBC from June 2009 to February 2021, ascending from a Customer Service Representative to Senior Learning Coordinator in Talent Development, with a focus on optimizing talent and customer experiences. Earlier, Laura worked at East Side Mario's Restaurant from August 2005 to May 2009, gaining experience as both a Line Cook and Server.
