Jon Lumbra

Treasurer at Pathlight

Jon Lumbra is the current Treasurer at Pathlight. Prior to their current position, they served as the Controller at The Loomis Communities from November 2014 to April 2016. In this role, they reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. Jon also worked closely with the senior leadership team and presented to the Board Finance and Audit Committee.

Before their time at The Loomis Communities, Jon served as City Treasurer for the City of Holyoke from January 2010 to February 2015. In this role, they managed the city's finances and oversaw a budget of $35 million. Jon also supervised a team of four staff members and was responsible for functional areas such as accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and grants administration.

Jon is a dedicated and experienced financial professional who is committed to ensuring that organizations have the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits. Jon is a strong leader who works closely with program leaders and their staffs to educate them on finance and accounting procedures and explore how the finance function can support program operations.

Jon Lumbra studied criminal justice and law enforcement administration at Southern New Hampshire University. Jon then studied criminal justice and police science at Southern Vermont College. Jon is a certified law enforcement officer from the Vermont Police Academy and is also certified in insurance from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

These include (but are not limited to) residential programs, performing arts, sex and relationship education, recreation and enrichment activities, behavioral supports and medical care. We also provide support and resources for families so that they can be the best advocates for their family members.
