Valerie Hudson serves as the Executive Director of the Franklin County Community Meals Program (FCCMP) since May 2024 and is a Direct Support Professional 2 at Pathlight, providing overnight support for adults with disabilities. Hudson has a diverse background in support roles for individuals with disabilities, having worked as a Direct Support Professional at various levels and as an Oral Interpreter, Reader, and Exam Proctor for uExamS since June 2019. Previous experience includes roles as USDA SNAP Auditor at Manhattan Strategy Group, Food Service Director at Leverett Elementary School, and Director of Culinary Operations at ServiceNet, all contributing to a strong foundation in nutrition and support services. Hudson also has experience in culinary coordination and research roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

We offer a broad range of services tailored to people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, autism, and their families. These include (but are not limited to) residential programs, performing arts, sex and relationship education, recreation and enrichment activities, behavioral supports and medical care. We also provide support and resources for families so that they can be the best advocates for their family members.
