Preston Smith is currently serving as an Associate Scientist at Pathos, after previously holding the title of Research Associate II at Known Medicine. At Known Medicine, Preston conducted 3D cell culture experiments to advance the platform for precision medicine in cancer treatment, while also playing a role in business development. Prior to this, Preston worked as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University and as a Research Project Lead at Echelon Biosciences. Preston also has experience as a Science Tutor and Organic Chemistry Lab Teaching Assistant. Preston is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Utah, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry with a Minor in Mandarin Chinese from Brigham Young University.
