Rachel McCormack, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Safety & Project Specialist at PathPoint since May 2018, where responsibilities include providing extensive support to the President/CEO and Executive Team, along with facility management duties. Previously, Rachel held roles at Harbor View Inn from January 2016 to May 2018, first as Front Desk Agent and then as Front Desk Supervisor, enhancing guest experiences in a 4-Diamond AAA rated establishment. Prior experience at UC Santa Barbara includes serving as Conference Dining Event Coordinator, where Rachel managed dining and catering for conference programs, in addition to participating in various research assistant roles focused on human behavior. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 2015.
