Stephanie Bermudez

Stephanie Bermudez is an experienced leader in career services and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Operations at Pathrise since September 2022, where a cross-functional team of over 40 full-time employees is directed to enhance job search outcomes. Previously, Stephanie held multiple roles at Chegg Inc., including Head of Careers Flex and Associate Director of Careers Delivery, advancing career coaching and support for graduates and enterprise clients. Earlier experiences include serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at The English Company - USA, a Career Services Advisor at New York Institute of Technology, and an English Language and Cultural Assistant in Madrid. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in International Education from Universidad de Alcalá and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York, with additional studies at Bahcesehir University and Brooklyn College in China.
