Jesse Fauth is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in leading ETL teams and managing Agile software development processes. Currently serving as the Sr. Lead Data Engineer at Pathward since February 2017, Jesse specializes in creating flexible and maintainable solutions using AWS and on-prem technologies, as well as managing a team of database developers focused on ETL and data warehousing. Previous roles at Pathward include Sr. Agile Teams Manager/ScrumMaster and Database Developer Manager. Prior to Pathward, Jesse held critical positions at Citi from January 2006 to February 2017, including IT Development Manager and Application Developer. Jesse began a career in IT as a Computer Support Specialist for the State of South Dakota. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems from Northern State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
