Karla Cotton

Karla Cotton has extensive experience in partner engagement and relationship management, currently serving as Senior Managing Director of Partner Engagement at Pathward since July 2007. In this role, Karla is responsible for the growth and development of partnerships, executing strategic plans for both the company and its partners. Previous positions at Pathward include Partner Account Executive for Payment Solutions and Issuing, as well as Senior Partnership Manager, Partnership Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager, and Account Coordinator, each focusing on partnership growth, relationship management, and implementation coordination. Prior to joining Pathward, Karla worked as Program Coordinator for The First Tee of South Dakota. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa, completed in 2007.
