Pathway Capital Management
Ms. Carter joined Pathway in 2009 and is a senior vice president in the California office. She is responsible for tax compliance of all funds of funds on behalf of Pathway and its clients. Prior to joining Pathway, Ms. Carter worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she focused on managing the delivery of tax compliance and consulting services to a wide range of clients. Ms. Carter received a BA in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in taxation from California State University, Fullerton, and is a certified public accountant.
