Ms. Hochman joined Pathway in 2005 and is a senior vice president in the California office. She is responsible for ensuring that the firm conducts its business in compliance with all federal, state, and international laws, rules, and regulations, and with all contractual requirements. Ms. Hochman also ensures that the firm maintains the highest level of professional and ethical standards with regard to risk management, anti–money laundering, disaster recovery, books and records, conflicts of interest, personal trading, and code of ethics.Prior to assuming her compliance position, Ms. Hochman worked for three years in a fund accounting role at Pathway. She received a BS in financial economics from the University of Redlands and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
