Allison Gist

Allison Gist is an experienced consultant at Elixirr since August 2020, previously holding the position of analyst. Prior to this role, Allison worked at Xactly Corp from May 2018 to July 2020 as a Business Development & Alliances Intern, where responsibilities included assisting with business development activities and supporting partnership efforts. Earlier experience includes a sales internship at Crew, a startup tech company, and a summer internship at Zislis Group, where Allison contributed to onboarding programs and collaborated with General Managers on training initiatives. Allison holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 2016 and 2020, and graduated from Mira Costa High School in 2016.
