Sridhar Marla

Sridhar Marla is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Business Partner Leader for APAC at Patra Corporation since October 2023. Previously, Sridhar was the Head of Human Resources at Fluentgrid Limited from October 2021 to September 2023 and spent over nine years at Broadridge Financial Solutions Limited, where role progression included Vice President of Human Resources and various HR management positions. With initial roles as HR Manager at Click and Buy Services India Private Limited and Assistant Manager at ADP India, Sridhar has developed expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and attrition management. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from GITAM College.
