Annette Bach is an experienced executive with a strong background in leadership and business development. Currently serving as CEO of Patrade since September 2021, Annette focuses on growth strategies, performance optimization, and digital transformation. Prior to Patrade, Annette held the CEO position at OTW Denmark, where responsibilities included transforming the organization into a full-service communications agency, strategic development, and operational excellence. Annette has also contributed as a board member for BACH Invest A/S and as Managing Director of MediaCom Aarhus, leading successful office growth. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from Aarhus University and ongoing executive education in board governance for SMEs at Aarhus BSS.
