Shaleen Godfrey

Shaleen Godfrey studied business and hospitality management at the University of Florida and brings over 12 years of hospitality experience to Frost Science as the Director of Guest Experience. In her role, Godfrey has direct oversight of guest-facing staff and volunteers, and is responsible for all aspects of the guest experience at the museum.

Prior to joining Frost Science, Godfrey helped shape the customer service experiences for several resorts and hotels, including Marriott International, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and InterContinental Hotels Group.
