Karen Gill

Karen Gill serves as the Vice President of Finance at The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation since July 2019, overseeing finance, compliance, and risk management for a $1.5 billion private foundation dedicated to AI and data science for social good. Additionally, Karen holds board positions with Philanthropy Massachusetts and the Boston Center for the Arts since 2015 and 2002, respectively. Previously, Karen was the Director of Operations and Administration at The Klarman Family Foundation, managing operations and finance for a private foundation with over $800 million in assets. Karen's extensive experience also includes serving as the Deputy Director and CFO at CEDAC, and as Finance Officer for the National Arts Stabilization Fund. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
