Michael Czaban

Michael Czaban is a skilled facilities manager at Pattern Energy Group, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a wind turbine technician at ENERCON and as a wind services field technician at GE Renewable Energy. Michael has also worked in various capacities over the years, including as a finishing line operator/supervisor in training at Canfor and an electrical apprentice at Paper Excellence Group, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Additional experience in building wellsites and operating equipment was gained while working at Edge Controls and Tembec. Michael holds a diploma from Northern Lights College, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
