Ranjita Mello, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in tax provision preparation and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting for Income Taxes at Pattern Energy Group since January 2014, Ranjita has previously held positions as Tax Manager and Senior Associate at BDO USA, LLP, and as Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte Tax, LLP. Expertise includes ASC 740-10 (FAS 109) tax provisions, FIN 48, transfer pricing, and compliance for various corporations, including real estate and private equity partnerships. Ranjita began the professional journey as a Tax Intern at Deloitte Tax LLP after earning a Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Chico, in 2006.
