Adam Wagner has a diverse work experience in the creative field. Adam is currently working at Pattern® as a Senior Art Director. Prior to that, they were an Art Director at the same company. Adam has also worked at Clearlink as a Creative Team Lead, where they supported various clients and championed visual consistency and brand application. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Web Designer at Clearlink, where they developed design systems to facilitate communication and collaboration between designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders. Prior to Clearlink, Adam worked as a Graphic Designer at Backcountry.com and Panini America. Adam began their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer for Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Co.

Adam Wagner attended The Art Institutes from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 2019, they briefly studied at Designlab, focusing on UX Research and Strategy. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they attended South Puget Sound Community College, where they pursued Fine/Studio Arts, General, but did not obtain a degree.
