Eric Brown

Eric Brown, MBA, is an experienced talent acquisition and marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Talent at Pattern® since September 2023. From August 2020 to September 2023, Eric held the position of Associate Director for the Executive MBA program at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, managed a top-ranked Executive MBA program in the U.S. Previously, Eric was the President of Number Six from October 2013 to August 2020, where leadership encompassed overseeing a marketing agency of 25 individuals and all operational and financial aspects. Earlier career experiences include roles as Director of Digital Sales, Digital Sales Manager, and Sales Representative at MediaOne of Utah from August 2006 to October 2013. Eric holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University.
