Eric Weingarden

Eric Weingarden serves as the Director of Operations and Process Engineering at Pattern® International since November 2022. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Amazon between July 2013 and November 2022, progressing through titles such as Senior Manager of Supply Chain Execution, Senior Manager of Amazon Logistics Tech SME, Site Leader, Assistant General Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Area Manager. Eric's early experience includes a Supply Chain Internship at Boeing in the summer of 2012, where responsibilities involved developing a formula for engraving tools and implementing a process to reduce foreign object damage in contract tools. Additionally, Eric completed a Logistics Internship at Tognum AG in 2011, focusing on order screening and engine shipping. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, completed in 2013.
