Janet Allison has held various management positions throughout their career. Janet currently serves as the Director of Ecommerce at Pattern® since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Overstock.com from 2016 to 2022, where they held positions such as Director of Merchandise Management, Merchandise Manager, and Senior Buyer- Bedroom Furniture. At Overstock.com, they were responsible for strategic planning, product development, marketing, customer relations, and compliance. Janet also achieved significant successes, including overseeing highly profitable furniture categories, launching a new lighting taxonomy, and turning around suppliers to increase on-time delivery.

Before joining Overstock.com, Janet worked as the General Manager at Pottery Barn from 2015 to 2016, where they grew in-home design business and analyzed sales statistics to optimize operational efficiency. Prior to that, they served as Store Manager at Ann Taylor, LOFT & Lou & Grey from 2013 to 2015, where they managed daily operations and achieved high sales volumes.

Janet's earlier experience includes working as District Manager at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. from 2010 to 2013, overseeing multiple retail locations and driving sales growth and operational management. Janet also served as Store Director at Martin + Osa (American Eagle) from 2008 to 2010, achieving a 10% increase in comp sales.

Their career began as a Manager at Pottery Barn from 2005 to 2008, and they started their management journey as an Assistant Manager at Market Square Cafe from 2001 to 2005.

Janet Allison obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Central Connecticut State University between 2004 and 2009.
