Geoffrey Milsom has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering industry. Geoffrey most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pattle Delamore Partners. Prior to this role, they worked at Fletcher Construction as a Project Development Manager - Water. Geoffrey also has a significant history with AECOM, where they held several roles including Water + Urban Development Group Director, Water & Infrastructure Services Group Director, and Environment, Water & Civil Infrastructure Department Manager. Before joining AECOM, they worked at MWH Global as a Water & Waste Group Manager and Tauranga Branch Manager. Geoffrey began their career at Pick Everard as an Associate, where they managed a team of engineers and modellers. Geoffrey also worked briefly at Smithers Purslow as a Graduate Structural Engineer.

Geoffrey Milsom earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College from 1985 to 1987. Milsom then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Leicester, completing it from 1999 to 2004.
