Lauren Ward

Lauren Ward has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP since March 2015, where Lauren has held multiple roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Christie's as an Office Coordinator for Post-War and Contemporary Art and held various administrative positions at Paul, Weiss from July 2011 to October 2014. Early career efforts included serving as a Kinship Care Volunteer Coordinator at Charleston HALOS, where responsibilities included managing volunteer data and hosting educational sessions, and completing internships in planning and land analysis with the City of North Charleston and KB Home. Lauren holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Historic Preservation and Urban Studies from the College of Charleston and previously pursued a degree in Art History at Florida State University.
