Ariana Kanwit, Ph.D., serves as the Department Chair of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Learners and Bilingual Program Designer at Relay Graduate School of Education since July 2017. In addition, Ariana is the Founding Principal and Academic Dean at PAVE Schools, a role maintained since June 2011, alongside previous experience as a Resident Principal at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and Woodland Star Charter School. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis from NC State University, attained in 2020, a Principal Fellowship from Relay Graduate School of Education, and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Baruch College.
