Jon Cohen is an experienced talent and partnerships professional currently serving as Sr. Director of Talent at PAVE Studios since May 2024. Prior roles include Associate Director of Creator Partnerships at Spotify, Development & Talent Lead at Parcast, and Director of Talent Partnerships at Wondery. With a background spanning various organizations, including Midroll Media and Shriners Hospitals for Children, Jon has honed skills in talent management, content partnerships, and creative development. Jon co-created the web series "Howard Gets an Interview," which gained recognition at multiple film festivals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Indiana University Bloomington and graduate studies in Writing at UCLA.
