Chloe Chou

Chloe Chou is a Senior Frontend Engineer currently employed at Pave since December 2022, where Chloe contributes to building confidence in compensation decisions. Prior to this role, Chloe held similar positions at Fortunately from March 2021 to October 2022 and at Everlane from June 2019 to March 2021, focusing on UI development using technologies such as Next.js, React, and Typescript, along with improving user experiences and optimizing web designs. At Gladly, Inc., from April 2017 to June 2019, Chloe acted as team lead, working collaboratively on feature developments, and provided customer training. Chloe began the professional career as an Experienced Associate Consultant at Triage Consulting Group, where extensive data analysis and contract negotiations were key contributions. Chloe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering: Biotechnology from UC San Diego, completed in 2015.
