Gary Starzmann

Gary Starzmann is a seasoned expert in global Total Rewards, compensation, and equity design with a focus on technology and life sciences sectors. As the Founder and President of HumInt, LLC, since January 2015, and Pave since February 2023, Gary plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations through strategic compensation and equity challenges. Additionally, Gary serves as Faculty Dean and Instructor at WorldatWork, imparting knowledge through various educational formats. Previous leadership roles include Vice President positions at Nextiva, Miro, and Couchbase, where significant contributions led to successful strategic initiatives and company growth. Gary's extensive background also includes senior roles at Korn Ferry, Aon Hewitt, Radford Surveys + Consulting, and Xerox, all of which have shaped a robust understanding of compensation and benefits on a global scale. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
