Teny Varghese

Teny Varghese, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and estimating within the controls and building automation industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Pavecon since August 2017, Teny previously held the roles of Estimating Team Leader and Controls Estimator II at Ingersoll Rand from March 2014 to March 2017, where responsibilities included creating controls estimates for various projects and collaborating with subcontractors for pricing. Teny also worked as a Controls Install Specialist II at Honeywell from July 2010 to March 2014, focusing on engineering and installation of HVAC control products. Teny holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and several degrees in relevant technical fields from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
